Hi, I’m Radka, a 200-hour certified yoga instructor, Yin yoga teacher, and health coach. Yoga has been a part of my life for over 10 years, and for the past 3+ years I’ve had the joy of sharing this practice with others as a teacher.
My teaching style is deeply influenced by the alignment-based principles of B.K.S. Iyengar. I believe that when we move with awareness and intention, yoga becomes not only safe and sustainable, but also deeply transformative. In my classes, I focus on alignment and form while creating sequences that are challenging, playful, and well-rounded—helping each student find their own unique “twist” within the practice.
Outside the studio, I’m passionate about nature, adventure, and seeking the extraordinary in everyday life. I love weaving that same sense of curiosity and exploration into my classes, inviting students to step outside of the ordinary and discover something new within themselves.
